Our Seasonal Boxes are quarterly pre-packed mystery boxes, released only 4 times a year.
Each edition is designed around the season ahead, with carefully selected goodies packed into one beautifully themed box.
Both options include the same 20 items. The only difference is the colour palette.
How It Works
Step 1: Choose your scoop.
Pick the mystery box that feels right for you — Whimsical, Stationery, Glow, Seasonal, Bracelet Reveal, or Make Your Own Whimsy.
Step 2: Add your preferences.
Tell us your favourite colours, age, occasion, likes, or dislikes in the checkout notes.
Step 3: We pack your surprise.
Your box is carefully packed with fun, cute, and whimsical goodies. All packing is filmed for our social media pages. If you do not want your order video posted, please let us know in the checkout notes.
Step 4: Track your delivery.
Once your order is collected by the courier, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

A scoop is a mystery-style box filled with cute goodies, surprises and whimsical treats. Each scoop option has its own theme, item count and surprise style.
How do the mystery scoops work?
Each scoop is packed with a surprise mix of goodies from our collection. Some scoops include mystery beads, charms or reveal elements that decide which surprise bags or extras are added to your box.
Are the photos exactly what I will receive?
Photos and videos are examples only. Each scoop is different, and colours, items, characters, beads, charms and final results may vary.
What is the difference between the scoop options?
Different scoop options include different item counts, themes and surprise levels. Bigger scoop options include more goodies and extra surprises.
Can I choose specific colours, characters or items?
Because our boxes are mystery-style, exact items cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to leave a note with preferences, and we will do our best where possible.
Can I personalise my mystery box?
Yes, where possible. You can leave us a note if the box is for a birthday, gift, favourite colour, age or special theme. We cannot guarantee exact items, but we always try to make it feel special.
Is this suitable as a gift?
Yes! Our scoops are perfect for birthdays, thank-you gifts, spoil-yourself moments and cute surprises for someone special.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Tracking is sent once your parcel is collected by the courier.
How does delivery and tracking work?
Your parcel is sent with Courier Guy, and tracking details will be shared once your order has been collected or processed for delivery.
Can I return mystery items?
Because mystery boxes are packed as surprise selections, individual mystery items cannot usually be exchanged simply because they are not your preferred item. If something arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can assist.
